Subject of Possible Rule Making: Discrimination and harassment policy and procedure.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28.B.50.140 [28B.50.140].
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Address current social and technological issues related to employee, student, and guest's rights, responsibilities and conduct at Pierce College.
Process for Developing New Rule: Draft and revisions presented to the following entities for comment: District policy and governance cabinet, assistant attorney general, college community, and board of trustees.
