Adopt rules for the low-income home rehabilitation revolving loan program, newly established by ESB 5647, chapter 285, Laws of 2017.

Chapter 194-37 WAC
Incorporate the effect of ESB 5128, chapter 315, Laws of 2017, which expands the list of eligible renewable resources to include incremental generation due to capital investments at biomass-fired generating facilities that commenced operation before 1999.
