WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED RULES

The department is formally withdrawing its proposed amendment to WAC 16-501-005 that amended the definition of assessment level by including beer commission festival revenue to the commission's financial contribution. This amendment was proposed in WSR 17-11-131 on May 24, 2017. The department will clarify festival revenue in a future proposal.
