The Washington State Pattern Forms Committee, having recommended the expeditious adoption of the proposed amendment to CrRLJ 4.2(g)"DUI" Attachment, and the Court having considered the amendment, and having determined that the proposed amendment will aid in the prompt and orderly administration of justice and further determined that an emergency exists which necessitates and early adoption;
Now, therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED:
(a) That the amendment as shown below hereto is adopted.
(b) That the amendment will be published expeditiously in the Washington Reports and will become effective immediately.
