Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 51-11R WAC, Adoption and amendment of the 2018 Washington State Energy Code, Residential.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The council will begin review of the 2018 changes to the national model energy code for residential buildings, the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code, and is soliciting changes to increase the energy efficiency of residential buildings pursuant to RCW
