RECISSION OF EMERGENCY RULES
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
[Filed April 5, 2019, 1:13 p.m.]
The pharmacy quality assurance commission (commission) is requesting to rescind the CR-103E for WAC 246-887-134, filed January 7, 2019, and published in WSR 19-03-038.
The commission filed a CR-103E to update the rules related to the Controlled Substances Act, adding fentanyl derivatives not approved by the Food and Drug Administration, synthetic cannabinoids, synthetic cathinones and synthetic opioids to Schedule I. The commission has now adopted permanent rules which incorporate this emergency rule and, as such, it is no longer necessary.
Individuals requiring information on this rule should contact Caitlin Gates, pharmacy commission rules and legislative consultant, at 360-236-2932.
