Subject of Possible Rule Making: Amending existing rules affected by passage of HB [SHB] 1917 during the 2019 legislative session.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Changes to rules related to the use of body-gripping traps are needed to make the rules in compliance with HB [SHB] 1917 concerning the use of body-gripping traps by airport operators.
Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
