In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Division of Child Support (DCS)

Document Title: DCS Administrative Policy 3.03: Access to SEMS, FMIS, and Case File Imaging.

Subject: Access to SEMS, FMIS, and case file imaging.

Effective Date: October 24, 2019.

Document Description: This DCS administrative policy explains procedures regarding access to SEMS, FMIS, and case file imaging. The changes to the policy incorporate federal, state, and departmental information security requirements.
