     On page 3, after line 35, insert the following:

     "(g) One representative of environmental restoration or remediation businesses, selected by the Washington environmental industry association;"

     Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Adds a member reprepresenting the Washington Environmental Industry Association to the task force that is to review the Model Toxics Control Act.
