     Grants a one hundred fifty thousand dollar death benefit award for dying in the line of duty while a law enforcement officer, fire fighter, or state patrol officer.

     Requires a study of the feasibility of a similar death benefit for volunteer fire fighters and reserve law enforcement officers.
