    On page 2, line 18, after "(b)" insert "(i)"

 

    On page 2, line 21, after "history;" insert "and

    (ii) All information, including but not limited to filing charges, truancy petitions, and court dispositions, pertaining to offenses over which district and municipal courts of limited jurisdiction are exercising concurrent jurisdiction shall be transmitted without delay to juvenile court for entry into the appropriate court information system;"

EFFECT: Mandates that all information pertaining to the cases over which the courts of limited jurisdiction are exercising concurrent jurisdiction be transmitted without delay to juvenile court so the information may be entered into the appropriate court information system.

 

EFFECT:  Adds an expiration date for the pilot project.
