     On page 11, line 28, after "act," strike "this act is" and insert: "subsection (2), (3), and (4) of section 3 of this act, and subsection (1)(c) of section 5 of this act are"

EFFECT: Amends the null and void clause such that if funding in the omibus appropriations act is not provided by June 30, 1999, only those portions of the bill that require funding from that act will be null and void. The portions of the bill that do not require a general fund appropriation would remain.
