     On page 3, line 22, after Aconviction@ insert A.  For gross misdemeanors, since the last date of release from confinement, including full-time residential treatment, if any, or entry of disposition, the person has spent three consecutive years in the community without committing any offense or crime that subsequently results in conviction and the person is at least eighteen years old@


 

 

 

 

EFFECT:  Changes the amount of time from 2 years to 3 years in which a person must be in the community without a conviction before the person=s juvenile record of gross misdemeanors may be sealed; Adds the requirement that the person be at least 18 before the court may seal the person=s juvenile record for gross misdemeanors.
