     On page 96, line 2 of the amendment, after Aincludes@ strike everything down to and including Aactivities@ on line 6 and insert Aa reasonable time period after a person has returned to camp or dock-side in order to check any creel or container for numbers and types of fish, shellfish, or wildlife@

EFFECT: Deletes language which would have prohibited a check for fish, shellfish, and wildlife once a person had stored away all weapons or fishing gear.  Allows fish and wildlife officers a reasonable time period after a person has returned to camp or dock-side to check for fish, shellfish, and wildlife.
