     On page 4, beginning on line 19, after "total of" strike everything through "regulations" on line 20 and insert "five acres that comprises the residential parcel if this larger parcel size is required under RCW 36.70A.040"

EFFECT: The maximum parcel size may be five acres if required under GMA.
