     On page 228, after line 37, insert A(f) $7,160,000 of the general fund--state appropriation in fiscal year 1999 is provided solely for distribution to the regional support networks for direct service provision to persons with mental illness.@

     Renumber the subsequent subsections accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires the distribution of moneys to the regional support networks.

FISCAL IMPACT: None.
