     On page 113, line 33, reduce the total appropriation by $327,000

     On page 117, line 17, strike all of subsection (13)

EFFECT: Eliminates the state salary bonus for instructional staff obtaining certification by the national board for professional teaching standards.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces General Fund-State by $327,000.
