EFFECT: Reduces the Office of the Governor by $804,000, the Governor=s emergency fund by $304,000, and Attorney General salary increases by $885,000. Eliminates funding for the Family Policy Council restoration ($737,000), gravel studies in the Department of Ecology ($500,000), and Pierce County South Hill Park ($500,000). Adds $2.487 million for local DUI costs in Special Appropriations to the Governor.
FISCAL IMPACT: Reduces General Fund-State by $1,279,000.
