     On page 88, line 10, strike the health services account appropriation.

     On page 88, line 13, reduce the total appropriation by $5,242,000.

     On page 91, beginning on line 23, strike all of subsection (r).

     Renumber remaining subsections consecutively.

     On page 55, line 25, increase the health services account appropriation by $5,242,000.

     On page 55, line 27, increase the total appropriation by $5,242,000.

EFFECT: Eliminates Health Services Account funding for a corps of nurses at educational services districts.  Uses the same amount of Health Services Account funding to increase enrollment in the Basic Health Plan.
