     On page 30, after line 20, insert the following:

A(5) Up to $5,000 of the general fund--state fiscal year 2000 appropriation and up to $5,000 of the general fund--state fiscal year 2001 appropriation may be used for license plate emblems at the discretion of the adjutant general.@

EFFECT:  Provides funding for license plate emblems at the discretion of the adjutant general for the 1999-2001 biennium.
