     On page 2, line 9 of the amendment, after Aherbicides.@ insert AThe herbicide to be used as an algicide under this section shall be hydrothol 191.  Another herbicide may be used as an algicide under this section only if treatment by hydrothol 191 is unsuccessful in controlling algae or is found to kill fish.@

EFFECT: Requires that the algicide to be used be hydrothol 191 unless treatment by hydrothol 191 is unsuccessful in controlling algae or is found to kill fish.
