     On page 5, line 21, after Aprovide@ strike the remainder of the subsection and insert Ato their existing and new retail electric customers disclosure of:(a)The annual fuel mix by generation category;(b)the costs attributable to salmon restoration and recovery; and (c) other environmental costs.@

     On page 5, line 26, after Ain@ strike Asection 4(6)@ insert Asections 4(6)and 4(7)@

     On page 7, after line 20, insert A(7) Disclosure of the costs attributable to salmon restoration and recovery and other environmental costs shall be provided to customers on their electricity bills.  Such disclosures shall be rounded to the nearest whole dollar amount and shall be provided by retail suppliers on a monthly basis and by small utilities on a semi annual basis.@

     On page 8, after line 35, insert A(d)The costs attributable to salmon restoration and recovery and other environmental costs. Retail suppliers shall make this information available by the end of January of each year.@

EFFECT: The original bill requires retail suppliers of electricity to disclose the fuel mix used to generate electricity.  This amendment adds the costs of salmon restoration and recovery and other environmental costs to be included in the disclosure.  This disclosure will be provided to electricity customers as a whole dollar amount on a monthly basis by retail suppliers, and semi annually by small utilities.
