     On page 2, after line 8, insert the following:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 3.  RCW 75.08.235 (Informational materials--Fee-Disposition of money collected) and 1992 c 13 s 12 are each repealed."

     Correct the title

EFFECT:  Repeals the provision in the fisheries code that governs the collection and disposition of fisheries publications money, including the provision that the money be deposited into the state general fund.  Ensures that fisheries publications are subject to the provisions of the bill.
