    BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring, That the Senate meet the House of Representatives in Joint Session on Wednesday, January 13, 1999, at 10:15 a.m. in the House chamber, for the purpose of receiving an address from the Chief Justice of the Washington State Supreme Court, Richard Guy.
