   On page 3, line 10, after "company." strike "Disclosure" and all material through "board." on line 13, and insert "The disclosure must report, by group of recipient and without disclosing the identity of each recipient, amounts received in gifts, fees, or payments. Recipients shall be categorized in the following groups: persons or entities licensed under Title 18 RCW who are authorized to prescribe or dispense prescription drugs, hospitals licensed under chapter 70.41 RCW, health benefit plan administrators, group purchasing administrators, pharmacy benefit managers, and other entities authorized to purchase prescription drugs in this state. The report shall be made in an electronic format in a manner prescribed by the board."

EFFECT: Changes the disclosure requirement from the specific names of persons or entities receiving a fee, gift, or payment, to reporting the type of recipient receiving a fee, gift, or payment.
