On page 3, line 17, strike "annually"

On page 3, line 27, after "register" strike the material through "P.L. 96-515" on line 30 and insert "or the national register of historic places"

On page 4, line 6, strike "2003" and insert "2004"

On page 5, Line 2, strike "2004" and insert "2005"

EFFECT: Limits exemption to once every five years. Removes properties listed on local historic registers from eligibility. Advances dates in bill by one year.
