   On page 6, beginning on line 26 of the amendment, after "building" strike all material through "unit" on line 28

   On page 6, line 28 of the amendment, after "court" strike ","

EFFECT: Makes technical corrections: (a) clarifies who is liable for attorney fees and costs; (b) makes a correction for parallel construction; (c) removes language that is no longer necessary (language referring to "the contempt") because other contempt language was removed in the striker.
