HB 1533 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

Directs the board to create a subaccount in the public works assistance account. The subaccount is established to receive money to fund the following projects: (1) Water storage projects; and

(2) Water systems facilities.

Requires the projects listed in this act to comply with the competitive bid requirements of RCW 43.155.060.
