     On page 6, after line 31, insert the following:
     "(5) $100,000 of the motor vehicle account--state appropriation is provided solely for the joint transportation committee to coordinate a study of the feasibility of utilizing magnetic levitation in the state of Washington in the movement of people and freight. The majority leaders and minority leaders in the house of representatives and senate shall select one legislative member from each of their respective caucuses to work with the joint transportation committee on the study. The study report shall be submitted to the transportation committees of the house and senate on or before December 31, 2007, with findings and recommendations."
