   On page 59, line 23, correct the total

EFFECT: Provides funding to the Department of Social and Health Service Developmental Disabilities Program and Aging and Adult Services Program sufficient for a vendor rate increase of 3.2 percent in FY 2008 and an additional 2.0 percent in FY 2009 for Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), Adult Day Health, Respite Care Services, Senior Citizens Services Act Programs, Elder Place (PACE), and the administrative portion of the agency home care provider rate.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $7,844,000.

Increases Other Funds by $6,892,000.
