   On page 2, after line 29, insert the following:

   "(iv) During the pendency of any cross-check, evidence furnished as the showing of interest in support of any representation petition or motion for intervention filed under this section shall be exempt from disclosure under chapter 42.56 RCW. At all times, home mailing addresses of providers shall be exempt from disclosure."

EFFECT: Makes bargaining authorization cards and other evidence furnished as the showing of interest exempt from disclosure during the pendency of the cross-check, and makes home mailing addresses exempt from disclosure at all times.
