   On page 1, line 10, after "(1)" insert "(a)"

   On page 1, after line 17, insert the following:

   "(b) The governor shall not directly or indirectly accept a campaign contribution from a party to a collective bargaining agreement that has been bargained within the prior four years or is currently being bargained, if the governor or the governor's designee is authorized to bargain with the party pursuant to this act."

EFFECT: Prohibits the governor from accepting contributions from a party to a collective bargaining agreement that is currently being bargained or has been recently bargained, if the governor or the governor's designee is authorized to negotiate with the party under the terms of the bill.
