   On page 2, after line 9, insert the following:

   "(4) This section is not intended to limit the prosecuting attorney's ability to negotiate alternative dispositions."

EFFECT: Explicitly states that the statute, which among other things, limits deferred prosecution to one time only for certain offenses, does not limit the prosecutor's ability to negotiate alternative dispositions for those offenses.
