   On page 5, line 11, after "requests;" strike all material through "requested;" on line 12

   Renumber the subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

   On page 5, after line 13, insert the following:

   "(4) The department shall require that applicants contribute no less than a twenty-five percent cash or in-kind match to the state funds requested."

   Renumber the subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes the prohibition on the department requiring applicants to contribute a cash or in-kind match to the state funds requested. Directs the department to require applicants to contribute no less than a twenty-five percent match to the state funds requested. The match can be in cash or in-kind contributions.
