   On page 12, beginning on line 30, strike all of section 7

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

   Correct the title.

EFFECT: Strikes the requirement that child care centers provide to the Department of Early Learning (DEL) a list of the names and addresses of current directors and workers.

Also strikes the requirement that, upon request, the DEL provide to a labor organization a list of all directors and workers in the unit that the organization seeks to organize.
