   On page 10, line 1, after "RCW 74.15.030 that" strike "has at least one child care slot filled by a child for whom it receives a child care subsidy" and insert "receives child care subsidies for at least twenty-five percent of the children in the child care center"

EFFECT: Specifies that centers with at least 25 percent subsidized enrollment (rather than one subsidized slot) are covered for purposes of collective bargaining.
