   On page 3, after line 21, insert the following:

   "NEW SECTION. Sec. 5. The tax imposed and collected under chapters 82.08 and 82.12 RCW on the construction of the SR 520 bridge replacement project must be transferred to the project to defray the costs or pay debt service on that project."

   Renumber remaining sections consecutively, correct internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT: Requires the sales and use tax collected on the construction of the SR 520 bridge replacement to be transferred to the project in order to defray the cost or pay debt service.
