   On page 2, line 7, after "tolls" strike "on the existing state route number 520 bridge or"

   On page 3, beginning on line 8, strike all of subsection (i)

   Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes language allowing the Washington State Department of Transportation to seek authorization to toll the existing 520 bridge. Removes the requirement that the tolling implementation committee conduct public outreach on tolling the existing 520 bridge.
