EFFECT: Expands the areas in which the committee must evaluate
diversion and requires the development of mitigation measures.
Requires the committee to confer with the mayors and city councils
of jurisdictions adjacent to the SR 520, SR 522, and I-90 corridors
regarding the implementation, impacts, and mitigation of tolling.
