   On page 4, line 14, after "body." insert "All individuals who handle the audio recordings of an executive session made pursuant to this section must sign a confidentiality agreement attesting to nondisclosure of the information contained within the recording. Violations of this agreement shall result in civil penalties in an amount to be determined by the court, but of no less than five hundred dollars."

EFFECT: Requires individuals who handle the audio recordings of executive sessions to sign a confidentiality agreement. Creates a civil penalty for violations of a confidentiality agreement of at least $500.
