   On page 4, beginning on line 9, after "(3)(a)" strike all material through "recordings" on line 12 and insert "A governing body holding an executive session under this section shall create a record of the complete executive session. A governing body must establish, by resolution, if the record will be a verbatim audio recording or a written record by a certified court reporter. Records created under this subsection"

   On page 4, beginning on line 20, after "entire" strike "verbatim audio recording" and insert "record created pursuant to subsection (3)(a) of this section"

EFFECT: Allows a governing body to choose between a verbatim audio recording or a written record by a certified court reporter to create a record of an executive session.
