   On page 3, line 12, after "health." insert "Before a list is made available on either web site, the initial list and any updated list must be approved by the state board of education."

EFFECT: Requires any list, developed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction and the Department of Health, of sexual health education curricula that is consistent with the 2005 Guidelines to be approved by the State Board of Education before the list is posted on the agencies' web sites.
