   On page 10, line 3 of the amendment, strike "issue" and insert "approve or otherwise take action on"

EFFECT: Provides that the Governor may approve or otherwise take action on an amendment to a site certification (rather than issue an amendment to a site certification) to make the provision consistent with another section of the bill.
