On page 2, after line 4, insert the following:
"(3) It is recognized that hydro power is a renewable source of
energy that has the potential to decrease reliance on imported fuel as
well as further the goals of emissions reductions as required in this
chapter."
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
