"43.07.130." on page 149, line 5, and insert the following:
"A domestic partnership may be terminated by filing a petition for
dissolution in superior court."
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
On page 195, after line 23, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 1307 RCW 26.60.050 (Termination -- Records--Fees) and 2007 c 156 s 6 are each repealed."
