    On page 10, line 2, after "committee" strike "and" and insert "in consultation with"

EFFECT:  Removes the requirement that the Information Services Board (ISB) approve expenditure of funds appropriated for the modernization and integration of the Judicial Information System (JIS), and requires the Judicial Information Systems Committee to consult with the ISB prior to authorizing expenditure of funds appropriated for modernization and integration of the JIS. 

FISCAL IMPACT: None.
