    On page 4, from the beginning of line 15, strike all material through "denomination" on line 16 and insert "by any religious group, congregation, or denomination and that is owned or controlled by such group, congregation, or denomination"

EFFECT:  Clarifies the definition of "church" so as to explicitly include any religious group, congregation, or denomination.
