    On page 5, after line 18, insert the following:

    "(v) Health carriers, as defined in RCW 48.43.005(18), may offer the same health benefit package, under the same terms and conditions, as the health benefit package designed by the department of social and health services for children living in families with household incomes over three hundred percent of the federal poverty level under this subsection."

EFFECT:   Allows health carriers to offer the same health benefit plan as the department of social and health services does to children living in households with family income over 300% of the federal poverty level.
