    On page 4, line 34, after "jobs" insert ", provided that the programs meet minimum criteria for identification as a high demand program of study as defined by the state board for community and technical colleges"

EFFECT:  Requires that, in order to be prioritized to receive high employer demand funding, a green economy workforce training program must also meet minimum criteria for identification as a high demand program.
