Beginning on page 8, line 29 of the amendment, strike all of sections 6 and 7
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.
EFFECT: Eliminates the sections of the bill imposing the brokered natural gas use tax at the location where the gas is consumed or stored.
